This Audrey was built for a client moving down full time from out of state.  We were lucky that this particular client had a design background and was familiar with the build process.  This Audrey plan features a barrel tile roof and stack stone on the exterior stucco finish.  Kitchen features include a built in oven/stove combo, custom vent hood, farm style copper sink, and tile backsplash.  She also elected to have the Den option instead of a formal dining room.

The 90 degree slider option gives the great room and kitchen a spectacular waterfront view. Some other interior finished that make this home unique is the dark tile plank floor that are accentuated with the dark painted trim, doors and molding.  A light fixture and plumbing fixture budget was established allowing the client to select beautiful chandelier and fan fixtures along with unique bathroom shower trim.
