This Audrey plan was built by an investor and we sold shortly after completion making the investor a great return over their build cost.  This home was built with a metal 5V crimp roof and also shows outside corbels on roofline.  This home was built on a gulf access canal and also featured a pool with a vanishing edge feature and water fall.

Inside features include a 90 degree slider option and travertine floors throughout.  On all our showers we tiled the travertine all the way to the ceiling and cut in niches for shower soaps.  We also put wood shelving in closets and crown molding with backlighting in tray ceilings. This home turned out amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
