We built this home for a local couple starting their family on a beautiful 10 acre parcel in N FT Myers Florida.  We had to clear area for the home and build a long winding driveway to get to secluded home location. This home features a color seamless metal roof along with stone exterior finishes.

Interior features on this build included the optional 90 degree sliders and a double tray ceiling in great room and tray in master bedroom. We painted the doors a dark color so the client selected bronze windows.  We did some beautiful tile finishes in showers and niches. Client selected a wood like porcelain tile that we installed throughout the home.  We also deleted the tub in master bathroom and did some built in cabinetry in that place along with some additional cabinets at foyer.
