This unique modified Mariah was built for a relocating couple moving to FL.  The husband is a mechanic so the garage space was very important.  The home was built on two building lots that were combined making over ½ acre and allowing us to fit a 4 car garage on home. The exterior on home features arch windows and square columns that give it a more modern look.  It has a 5V metal roof and paver walkway, drive and pool area.

Inside features of this home include a vaulted ceiling and open great room dining area.  The kitchen was designed with a built in over/microwave and drop in stove.  We also angled the kitchen island and had a steel farm sink installed.  There is awesome tile work in the master bathroom that really makes the tub area beautiful.   The floors are a plank tile porcelain and we carry throughout the living area.
