This client had a job relocation to Florida and we built this home while they were still out of state. This property was located on an oversized lot which allowed us to put in a circular drive.  This home has a arched elevation and windows along with a metal 5V roof and some stacked stone on exterior. The customer opted to have an extended screen area built where we got power to a future spa location.

We finished the floors with a French pattern travertine tile which we also brought up the shower walls.  We finished off the niches and showers with a glass tile.  In the master bathroom we deleted the tub and built in more cabinetry.  We put double sinks on one side and a makeup area on the other wall. In the kitchen we designed to have a vent hood, glass doors, a built in oven/microwave combo and a 2 tier island with a finish wood panel back.
