This client relocated after retirement to the Cape Coral area. They owned a beautiful gulf access canal.  This home has a 3 bedroom + den and a 2 car garage.  The client elected to have a brown barrel tile roof and an arch exterior elevation. The home also features a pool and outdoor kitchen.

We installed travertine tile floors throughout this home.  The home also features a 90 degree slider option.  The client elected to have white shaker cabinets in kitchen and a different color island with 2 levels. We also installed a tile backsplash and built in additional cabinetry for storage against the exterior of the den wall.
