Cape Coral Tenley Investment Property Build

This Tenley was built as a investment flip property and it was sold before we even completed the home. This home had a dimensional shingle roof, arch elevation, and some stack stone on front of home to make it pop. We also built a 38 x 24 pool deck and pool.

Interior of home has a vaulted ceiling and we built a hanging soffit and cabinets above the kitchen island.  We also added a pilar and some cabinetry at entry foyer. Home has antique white cabinets and granite counter tops.  We used travertine tile throughout this home and tiled up the kitchen island wall and the showers.
