This plan is named after Fred Price’s mother.  She has been an inspiration for Fred and his family and always installed the importance of a loving family and striving to be your best.

The Lourdes plan has a very functional layout and has 3 bedrooms 2 bath open floor plan with a tray ceiling in great room and master bedroom.  This plan can be built with a 2 or 3 car garage and has a couple different bathroom selections setups with and without a soaker tub.  This plan also allows the ability to expand the under truss lanai across the back of home making it a huge outdoor living space. We can also build a outdoor kitchen and offer a sling door option in master bedroom. We have several different kitchen layouts that accommodate a built in desk area, pantry, wine area, built in ovens, and more.
