The Lucy Floor Plan
Growing up one of Fred Price’s favorite memories was going to his grandmothers house and listening to her stories. She always had a way to make everyone feel welcome and special. She lived to 94 and always told Fred he was “The Irish One,” which he understood to be a go getter hard worker.
The Lucy floor plan is a great open layout showcasing just under 2000 sq ft of under air square footage. The home has 3 bedrooms + Den and 2 baths. We can build this home with a 2 or 3 car option and it also has a large lanai with the space for an outdoor kitchen. The plan is a great room floor plan and split bedrooms with the kitchen open to the great room. We can turn the pantry closet to additional cabinets or wine/coffee station. We have a tray in the great room, nook, and master bedroom. In the master bath we can have double sinks, additional cabinetry, and also a option to have a walk around shower.

How the Lucy lives
The Lucy is a great-room plan. The kitchen opens to the great room, and the bedrooms are split so the primary suite sits apart from the guest rooms. Tray ceilings top the great room, nook and primary bedroom. A large lanai has space for an outdoor kitchen, which makes the plan a natural fit for a pool home. Common changes include turning the pantry closet into extra cabinets or a wine or coffee station, and adding double sinks, more cabinetry or a walk-around shower in the primary bath.

At 1,880 square feet under air, the Lucy fits comfortably on a typical 80-by-125-foot Cape Coral lot, where a one-story home usually tops out around 2,500 to 2,600 square feet under air. On acreage in North Fort Myers or Alva, the same plan works with a well and septic system.
