- Design Phase — the homeowners are under contract and we are shaping the concept, the site plan and the way the home will live.
- Pre-Construction — floor plans are finalized, selections are underway and the budget is locked.
- Permitting — plans are with Lee County or the local jurisdiction awaiting approval.
- Under Construction — the home is out of the ground and progressing through the build.
- Completed — the home is finished and the family has moved in.
