Lauren Homes Inc. (“Lauren Homes,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a licensed Florida residential contractor (license CRC1331621) that builds custom homes on our clients’ own lots in Lee County and parts of Charlotte County. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit lauren-homes.com, contact us, or work with us on a new home, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form, use our cost estimator, book a consultation, chat with us, call, text or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number and mailing address
- Information about your lot or the land you are considering, such as its address, city, county, size, utilities (well, septic, city water or sewer) and whether you already own it
- Details about the home you want, such as floor plan, size, finish level, budget, timeline and how you plan to pay for it
- Anything else you choose to send us, including photos, surveys, plans and messages
- If you are a real estate professional, your brokerage, license information and the clients you refer
Information from clients who build with us
If you sign a contract with us, we also keep the information needed to build your home: contract and change-order records, selections, permit and inspection documents, payment and draw records, and warranty requests. Construction loan payments are typically handled by your lender; we do not store full bank account or credit card numbers on this website.

When you visit our website, we and the service providers listed below automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, approximate location (city or region), browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site (for example, a search engine, ad or email link), and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions and provide price ranges, lot evaluations and proposals
- To schedule and hold consultations and site visits

- To send you information you asked for, and occasional emails about our homes, floor plans, costs and the local building market (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, and to measure and improve our advertising
- To protect our website from spam, fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations

- HubSpot, which runs our contact forms, live chat, consultation scheduling, email and customer records, and uses cookies to recognize returning visitors. See HubSpot’s privacy policy.
- Our online cost estimator, provided by a third-party estimating tool, which processes the answers you enter to produce a price range.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you do, parts of our website, such as forms, chat or scheduling, may not work properly. Emails, Calls and Text Messages
If you give us your email address or phone number, we may contact you about your inquiry or project. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time. If we text you, you can reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages about an active contract or warranty.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and following up, unless you ask us to delete it. For homes we build, we keep project, contract and warranty records for as long as needed to honor our warranty and to meet Florida legal, licensing, insurance and tax requirements.
